PBS Engineering and Environmental promotes Mark Leece

ENGINEERING
PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. recently promoted Mark Leece to division manager of its engineering group. He will be responsible for oversight of administration and growth efforts. Leece, a principal engineer who joined PBS last year, has extensive civil and environmental engineering experience. He has worked on a variety of remediation, stormwater management, environmental compliance and infrastructure-related design projects.
