Miller Nash LLP business and securities partner Mary Ann Frantz recently was named first vice chairwoman of the board of directors of Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington. She has served the firm since 1978, focusing on equity and debt offerings, SEC reporting compliance, public and private corporate governance issues, mergers, acquisitions, sales of businesses, shareholder meetings and proxy contests, executive compensation and business transactions.
