Harper Houf Peterson Righellis recently promoted Ben Austin to associate principal and Portland assistant office manager. He joined the firm as a summer intern in the 1990s and has since helped the firm serve public and private clients via project management services and civil engineering services. He has contributed innovative stormwater management and transportation design for a range of project types, including green streets.
