Heather J. Oden has been promoted to the position of executive director at Ball Janik LLP. Oden joined the firm nearly two years ago as a human resources manager. She has more than 15 years of experience in law firm management, human resources and administration. She previously served as executive director for the law firm of Roberts Kaplan LLP, which eventually merged with Lane Powell PC.
