Jonathan M. Cohen has joined Stoel Rives as a partner in the Real Estate and Construction Practice Group in the law firm’s Portland office. Cohen has 25 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for private and publicly held real estate development companies in New York and Florida. His background includes purchase and sale transactions, leasing transactions, mixed-use developments, joint venture negotiations and documentation, and retail tenant representation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and received a law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
