Rich Darland has joined HDJ Design Group as a senior engineering manager. Darland has 22 years of experience designing and managing public infrastructure and private development projects in Southwest Washington and the Portland area. He has expertise in planning, management, design and construction support. He previously worked at Vancouver, Wash.-based HDJ before leaving to work for 9 years at another local engineering firm.
