Envoy Mortgage, a Houston-based mortgage bank, has named Keith Frachiseur regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest territory. He will lead the company’s expansion in the tri-state region through organic growth and strategic branch acquisitions. He has served in senior management roles for over 25 years, including the past three as president of Bellevue, Wash.-based mortgage bank Axia Financial.
