ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
ESA Vigil-Agrimis recently added Colin Thorne as a senior river scientist in its Portland office. He will work with environmental hydrologists, biologists, landscape architects and engineers to develop enduring wetland, estuary and riverine habitat restoration solutions. He has 40 years of experience in environmental sciences, civil engineering and physical geography.
