HDJ Design Group PLLC recently added Darlene K. Sharar as a civil engineering designer in its Vancouver, Wash., office. She has more than 27 years of technical transportation engineering experience, mostly with the Washington State Department of Transportation. She also has worked for county and city public works departments and a council of governments.
