Dee Brookshire will join TriMet as its executive director of finance and administration, effective Aug. 18. She will be responsible for directing TriMet’s financial services 鈥� providing oversight and directing procurement and contracts, financial analysis and grants. She will continue work of a five-year plan to ensure the agency’s financial stability. Brookshire has more than 20 years of experience handling finances in the public and private sectors. She previously served as the chief financial officer of the Sacramento Regional Transit District for seven years.
