Ralph M. Drewfs of Lake Oswego recently was promoted to Fellow in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Drewfs, now retired, previously served the Oregon Department of Transportation as a light-rail engineer during 15 years of light-rail and streetcar system expansion in the Portland-metro area.
