Dunn Carney senior civil litigation attorney Randy Arthur recently was elected chairman of the Lake Oswego Planning Commission. He was reappointed as a commissioner by the Lake Oswego City Council earlier this year. The commission is a seven-member citizen advisory body that reviews long-range planning issues, neighborhood planning and Comprehensive Plan amendments, and implements ordinances.聽Arthur focuses his practice on complex litigation and dispute resolution relating to commercial contracts, professional liability and insurance matters.
