Research Into Action recently added Linda Dethman as managing director and executive consultant. She previously built and served as vice president of the Program Market and Assessment Group at Cadmus. She also was president of Dethman & Associates for 25 years. She helps clients understand their target audiences, and suggests marketing and design strategies to encourage greater and more cost-effective participation.
