Skanska USA Building is on target for a November completion of Fire Station 21, a new 2-story fire and life safety facility being built on the eastern bank of the Willamette River. Construction crews are installing siding and roofing on the building’s exterior, while plumbers and drywall crews are busy inside. The $7.8 million project was designed by Whelton Architecture in collaboration with architect David P. Suttle.
