The Dinihanian Building in downtown Portland’s West End is being remodeled into a retail store for Roche Bobois, a French high-end furniture seller. Skyline Interiors, Inc. is renovating the basement and first floor of the two-story building on Southwest Washington Street.

Work on the Waterleaf Architecture-designed project includes the installation of a new storefront fa莽ade, new HVAC, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems, sandblasting of the wooden truss ceiling and concrete walls, and refinishing of the building’s oak floors. 聽Work on the 8-week project is slated for completion at the end of September.
