The American Bar Association’s State and Local Government Law Section has honored Garvey Schubert Barer attorney Edward J. Sullivan with the Jefferson Fordham Lifetime Achievement Award. He has 45 years of experience and has had a significant impact on land use in Oregon. Prior to entering into private practice, Sullivan worked for then-Gov. Robert W. Straub.
