With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, Boxer has served as the bank’s president and director of commercial real estate since 2008. A trusted adviser and counselor for the bank’s leadership team, she has helped Pacific Continental successfully navigate the often difficult commercial real estate market – guidance that her colleagues say proved invaluable during the recent recession.

When it comes to sharing her knowledge, Boxer employs a pay it forward philosophy. She willingly shares her experience and knowledge with bankers in Portland, Seattle and Eugene to help them better understand the complexities of commercial real estate. She recently served a guest speaker at a Pacific Continental Bank internal lending summit, training the bank’s next generation of lenders.

Boxer can often be found participating on panels in the Portland metro area. She has been instrumental in the success of several nonprofit and for-profit projects in Portland and the surrounding areas. She served as a board member for the network of Affordable Housing and on an advisory board for Homestead Capital. She also spent 12 years as a board member for Home Ownership a Street at a Time.

More recently, she was reappointed to serve on the screening committee for the Metro Community Planning and Development Grants, which she was previously involved with in 2009.
