CONSTRUCTION
Yohn Baldwin, president of Albany-based Baldwin General Contracting, recently was appointed vice chairman of the workforce and professional development committee of Associated General Contractors’ Oregon-Columbia committee. The committee was created in 2009 to develop and carry out workforce and professional development objectives. Baldwin and other committee members will work to address the industry’s need for more skilled labor.
