Cheryl Springer recently joined Investment Property Exchange Services, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, as account executive for the statewide territory. Prior to Fidelity National Financial acquiring her former company, Springer supervised and expanded the service region from Southern Oregon to five states. She has actively facilitated 1031 exchanges since 1995.
