Perlo Construction recently added Kevin Raborg as an estimator. He has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry, and has served as project manager, estimator, BIM manager and cost-controls specialist. He previously spent 11 years as chief estimator with Heritage Construction Co. in Oklahoma.
