KPFF recently hired Bob Orchard as a special inspector to serve its Portland special inspections group. He is a registered OBOA concrete, masonry, proprietary anchor and structural wood special inspector. He has nine years of experience. Orchard is working on the Merlo Village Apartments, the Pearl West office building and the Riverscape project.
