Cody Berne recently joined the Portland office of Miller Nash LLP’s litigation practice team in its Portland office. Previously, he was an extern for U.S. District Court Judge Kimberly J. Mueller and U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn Delaney in California. Berne also served as a police officer for the Portland Police Bureau for six years.
