Miller Nash recently added Marcus Reed as a partner in its business practice. He previously was a business attorney with Cosgrave Vergeer Kester. Reed’s focus now is representing the business interests of hospitality and beverage companies. He assists those businesses and others in a variety of areas, including business formation, raising funds from investors, negotiating and drafting distribution agreements and other contracts, acquisitions and sales of businesses, corporate governance, strategic planning and regulatory compliance.
