Oregon Tradeswomen Inc. (OTI) recently hired Dennise M. Kowalczyk as a development director to lead new efforts to build a robust fundraising and development department, and diversify the funding base of the 25-year-old nonprofit organization. She has more than 17 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, including as station manager for KBOO Community Radio, and as director of organizational advancement for MetroEast.
