Thomas M. Tongue, leader of the business practice group at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, has been elected to serve a two-year term on the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Business Law Section. He focuses his practice on assisting clients with business formations, capital fundraising, securities offerings, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He also serves as general corporate counsel for several Oregon businesses.
