Cleve Steward, a fisheries scientist in Hart Crowser’s Portland office, recently was elected vice president of the western division of the American Fisheries Society. Over the next four years, Steward will serve sequentially as vice president, president-elect, president and past president for the division. It includes 4,000 aquatic resource scientists and managers from the western United States, Canada and Mexico.
