Ron Saxton, an attorney and business executive, will join the Portland office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt as shareholder starting Jan. 1, 2015. He has almost 30 years of experience practicing law, and co-founded Ater Wynne. His practice focused on business, regulatory and energy law. Saxton previously served as executive vice president for JELD-WEN for more than seven years. He also was its global chief administrative officer.
