Colliers International’s Portland office announced that it has been selected as the property management firm for four downtown office buildings.
Vermont-based Manchester Capital Management LLC chose Colliers to manage its Portland office portfolio, which includes the Spalding Building, at 319 S.W. Washington St.; the Postal Building, at 510 S.W. Third Ave.; the Hamilton Building, at 529 S.W. Third Ave.; and the Loyalty Building, at 317 S.W. Alder St.
The four buildings have a total of almost 207,000 square feet and are more than 90 percent leased, according to Corbin Rich with Manchester Capital Management.
The firm bought the Spalding Building in January 2009 and acquired the other three in December 2013.
The Spalding Building underwent significant renovations after Manchester’s purchase. The Hamilton and Loyalty buildings were upgraded by previous owners, and Manchester hired Portland-based SRM Architecture and Interiors to upgrade the Postal Building’s lobby and restrooms and create a bike storage facility with private showers and lockers.
Joe Beehler and Greg Gonzalez of Colliers International are the leasing agents for Manchester’s Portland portfolio, according to Rich. Current tenants in the buildings include Squarespace, Rentrak, Fulcrum Political and Kehoe Law.
Manchester Capital Management handles the financial affairs of more than 45 families with about $2.7 billion in assets. The company invests in real estate throughout the U.S. and currently has a portfolio of office and multifamily buildings totaling approximately 750,000 square feet.
