Work is nearly complete on the shell of a Beaverton shopping center with seven buildings totaling 90,000 square feet of space. Timberland Town Center, located at the intersection of Northwest Barnes Road and 118^th Avenue, is being built by general contractor Robertson & Olson for Gramor Development.

The development will be anchored by a 40,000-square-foot Market of Choice grocery store, while the remaining 50,000 square feet are approximately 90% leased or committed to by local and national retail, restaurant, and service tenants. New & Neville Real Estate Services are the leasing agents for the property.

LRS Architects incorporated the use of timber, wood, and stone are into the buildings’ designs to give a Northwest lodge feel, while breezeways and patio spaces between buildings are incorporated to provide for outdoor seating space and encourage pedestrian activity. The project is slated for completion in January.
