Work is nearly complete on the shell of a Beaverton shopping center with seven buildings totaling 90,000 square feet of space. Timberland Town Center, located at the intersection of Northwest Barnes Road and 118th Avenue, is being built by general contractor Robertson & Olson for Gramor Development.
The development will be anchored by a 40,000-square-foot Market of Choice grocery store, while the remaining 50,000 square feet are approximately 90% leased or committed to by local and national retail, restaurant, and service tenants. New & Neville Real Estate Services are the leasing agents for the property.
LRS Architects incorporated the use of timber, wood, and stone are into the buildings’ designs to give a Northwest lodge feel, while breezeways and patio spaces between buildings are incorporated to provide for outdoor seating space and encourage pedestrian activity. The project is slated for completion in January.
