Principal Civil Engineer John Howorth of 3J Consulting has begun a two-year term on the Clackamas County Business Alliance’s board. He previously served on the board for six years. Howorth will help expand the CCBA’s reach into the business community, providing better connections between business interests in Clackamas County and key decision-makers.
