Shannon & Wilson names Park Piao office manager

Shannon & Wilson Inc. has named Vice President Risheng 鈥淧ark鈥� Piao office manager of its Lake Oswego branch. He is a registered professional engineer and licensed geotechnical engineer in Oregon. He has 26 years of geotechnical experience. Piao specializes in leading projects that involve complex foundations, seismic analysis and soil/structure interaction. He will continue to manage projects, and provide technical expertise and oversight.
