K&L Gates adds Chin-Dennis as partner

Shiau Yen Chin-Dennis will be a new partner in K&L Gates’ Portland office, effective March 1. She provides counsel on international corporate transactions, including global market entry, operations and exit, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance.
