NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson has added Nicole Koen to its property management division. She has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, and previously served as a property manager at APIC Property Management. Currently, she is managing the 120,000-square-foot Class A office building at 121 N.W. Everett St. in Portland, and the 266,841-square-foot Evergreen Corporate Center in Hillsboro.
