Standard Insurance Co. has promoted Jans Dykhouse to second vice president of employee benefits sales operations. He joined the company in 1999, and has served in multiple roles 鈥� including senior director of sales operations and service. Dykhouse will maintain current responsibilities, but also manage The Standard鈥檚 employee benefits field service team.
