Don Whitehead is joining GHD鈥檚 Portland office as regional office manager. He has 27 years of professional and technical leadership experience in civil and environmental engineering, including five with GHD. His work has ranged from programmatic leadership on large, multiphase or multiple-facility efforts to participation on focused, hands-on design teams.
