Portland-based ScanlanKemperBard has hired John Olivier as its new senior vice president of bridge lending and acquisitions. He will be responsible for originating acquisition opportunities in the Portland-metro area and $1 million-$5 million bridge lending and preferred equity opportunities in the western U.S. Olivier has more than 20 years of experience as an executive, and previously served as vice president of development at Williams & Dame.
