CBRE Group has appointed Felicia Collier as the senior real estate/facilities manager at the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Portland. The 44-story, Class A office and retail building has 1.2 million square feet; it鈥檚 owned by Wells Fargo and serves as its Oregon region headquarters. Collier鈥檚 facility management responsibilities include lease administration, operations, client and tenant relations, capital improvements, financial activities and marketing.
