Swearingen back with Otak

ENGINEERING
Brad Swearingen has rejoined Otak as a project engineer. He will work with the transportation infrastructure services group in Portland. Swearingen has more than 20 years of experience 鈥� including 11 with Otak 鈥� working on civil engineering projects in both the public and private sectors. These projects include commercial and residential development, transit and transportation infrastructure, roadway design, underground utility systems, school campuses, city and state parks, and urban creek restoration.
