Northwest Engineering Service Inc. (NWESI) has added Troy Kunas as commissioning director. He will join the executive team. Kunas has more than 34 years of field and management experience representing a diverse range of project types for both the public and private sectors. He previously worked for almost a decade with Heery International, first as a commissioning agent and then as the west region commissioning operations manager.
