Wells Fargo has promoted Celia Weaver to manager of its bank branch at 2266 N.E. Burnside Road in Gresham. She previously worked as a service manager at a Wells Fargo branch in Portland. In her new position, Weaver is responsible for the customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement efforts of 13 team members. She joined Wells Fargo in 2003 as a teller in Portland.
