Wells Fargo has appointed Cindy Agnew manager of its bank branch at 9350 S.E. 82nd Ave. in Happy Valley. She previously managed a Wells Fargo branch in Portland. In her new position, Agnew is responsible for the customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement efforts of 17 team members. She joined Wells Fargo in 1984 as a teller in Portland.
