SOAR Oregon has named Chuck Allen executive director. He previously served as managing director and chief technology officer for Citigroup Global Equity Finance and as managing director of Microsoft鈥檚 Middle East business. He has helped build technology infrastructure to support a $60 million trading company, and rebuild data centers lost on 9/11. SOAR Oregon is a state-funded, not-for-profit economic development organization focused on the development of the unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) industry in Oregon.
