Sarah Radelet, a former senior planner and senior management analyst with the city of Portland鈥檚 Bureau of Development Services, has started her own land use planning firm, Strata Land Use Planning.

She received a bachelor’s degree in community development from the School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University in 1998. While working for the city, she specialized in subdivisions, partitions, planned developments, pre-application meetings, and inter-bureau process improvement projects. At Strata Land use, she will focus on development feasibility analyses and land use reviews.
