Employees of five area Keller Williams Realty offices joined the company’s worldwide campaign to 鈥済ive where they live鈥� Thursday through RED Day, 鈥渁n international community service day,鈥� according to a press release. RED stands for 鈥渞enew, energize and donate.鈥�

During the daylong event, Keller Williams agents helped local organizations including Trillium Family Services, Monika’s House, Community Warehouse, Innovative Services NW and three elementary schools in Beaverton.

The realty agents took the day off to, among other things, deliver books to classrooms at Chehalem, Fir Grove and Vose elementary schools. They also delivered furniture collected for Community Warehouse, and contributed to efforts to paint and organize.

鈥淜eller Williams Realty is a company that gives back 鈥� to our associates and to our communities,鈥� said Linda Alexander, founder and former CEO of Keller Williams Portland Premiere.
