Charri Schairer named PDC neighborhood manager

The Portland Development Commission has named Charri Schairer as neighborhood manager.

Schairer has 10 years of experience leading teams at private development and project manager firms, including Hill International, AIMCO and Lennar. Her experience includes managing the development of large urban master-planned communities, multifamily housing and infrastructure projects.

At the PDC, she will manage a six-person team tasked with promoting the agency鈥檚 neighborhood revitalization and economic opportunity programs.
