Pinnacle Architecture hired Jessica Biel as business development director.

Biel has more than 15 years of experience in business development, public relations and marketing. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in mass communications from Washington State University. She previously worked in the Seattle market and currently serves as president of the Seattle chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
