Sara Heskett has been named executive partner of Holland & Knight鈥檚 Portland office. She replaces Mark Von Bergen.

In her new role, Heskett will manage the 23-lawyer office while continuing to run her business and tax law practice. She first began working at Holland & Knight as a summer intern while attending law school. Upon graduation, she joined the firm鈥檚 Boston office. She moved to the firm鈥檚 Portland office in 2004.

Von Bergen had served as executive partner of Holland & Knight鈥檚 Portland location since the office opened in 2001. He now will focus his full attention on his corporate law practice.
