Bend-based BBT Architects has hired Katherine Decker as a business director for the firm. Decker has more than 15 years of industry experience with architecture and engineering firms. She most recently served as the business director for Holst Architecture in Portland. In her new position with BBT, she will oversee day-to-day business operations, financial analysis, marketing, and human resources.
