Construction was recently completed on the Northwood, a new mixed-use apartment building on North Interstate Avenue in Portland’s Kenton neighborhood built by developers Mary Hanlon and James Meyer. General contractor John RCG began work on the SERA Architects-designed project in late 2014.

The four-story building features 57 units ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms, as well as three live/work units and nearly 2,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The wood-framed building was built slab-on-grade and contains 17 tuck-under parking spaces.
