Julio Vela returns to GeoEngineers

Julio Vela has rejoined GeoEngineers’ Portland office as a principal engineer. Vela has more than 19 years of geotechnical engineering experience in the Pacific Northwest, and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Council of Engineering Companies.
His background includes engineering design for small and large developments, high-rise buildings, road, bridge and highway projects; and public works infrastructure. In addition to handling projects in the Portland region, he will open a Salem satellite office for GeoEngineers.
